1.Language and Literacy Development:
Developing listening comprehension skills through stories, rhymes, and songs.
Encouraging verbal communication through conversations, show-and-tell activities, and group discussions.
Recognizing and naming letters of the alphabet A to Z
Practicing letter sounds and basic phonics.
Building vocabulary through picture books, flashcards, and word games.
Using context and visuals to understand the meanings of words.
Associating sounds with corresponding letters of the alphabet.
2. Pre-Writing Skills:
Developing fine motor skills through activities like colouring, drawing, and tracing lines and shapes.
Learning to hold a pencil and practising basic writing strokes.
Encouraging hand-eye coordination through activities like cutting and pasting.
Introduction to simple writing exercises like tracing or copying letters or words.
3. Numeracy and Mathematics:
Counting and recognizing numbers from 1 to 20 (and potentially higher).
Counting objects and developing one-to-one correspondence.
Recognizing and identifying numerals and their quantities.
Recognizing and extending simple patterns (e.g., ABAB, AABB).
Creating patterns using different objects or shapes.
Exploring concepts of more/less, big/small, tall/short, heavy/light, etc.

Enhancing fine motor skills through activities like drawing, coloring, cutting, and writing.
Engaging in gross motor activities to promote physical coordination, balance, and spatial awareness.
Providing opportunities for free play and outdoor activities to support overall physical development.
